The staff was very helpful and tried their best even if they have difficulty with the language barrier. The location is good and near many food establishments. The front desk gave good food recommendations. The room is clean if a little dated.

The food wasn't very tasty.

Great location with reasonable price The bathroom with tub was big and clean.

The humidity was so high that my shoes turned wet when we checked out. Although the air conditioner was kept running all the time, yet the floor was always damp and moist. The bed was hard and the pillow was like a airy puff.

Comfortable bed, convenient paid parking space

Location wise, it’s 15mins walk to the night market. Paid parking is available right behind the hotel for 200NTD per 15hours. Hotel gives 100NTD cash rebate for the parking. Bed is very comfortable, my family and I had a good sleep. I like that they have a 3 single bed setup for the 3 of us. Wasn’t disturb by any noise so that was great!

Design wise it isn’t the most good looking one but that is not a major concern.

Wonderful

Spacious room with cozy ambience. Like the individual working desk the most, the desk comes with a table lamp, which enabled me to do my planner for journeys ahead. It would be the best property for both backpacker trip and business trip in Hua Lien city, I guess.

I had quite a beautiful view of the mountain. When I left the hotel on the lst day, I forgot se things and the hotel called straight away to ask if they should courier it to me.

The floor was a little dusty.
